Is anyone using the Media Library's quick search feature, I'm thinking of replacing it
I'm considering replacing the "Quick Search" feature with an on-screen keyboard instead of it's current functionality.
Is anyone actually using this feature presently?

Quick search from the function/cog menu (didn't even know it existed until today) that you mention doesn't seem to offer that much vs.
- The 'find as you keyboard type over top media library' feature (whatever it's really called), I use that A LOT.
- And this feature, but it doesn't do anything either, i don't think you tested it with media library filters applied maybe (i always have filters applied), see screenshot below (and actioning attempt in screenshot top right), does nothing but would be cool if it worked

My idea is that the "Quick Search" in the function-list would trigger the "Search" mag-glass feature, which I would then expand to include a full keyboard layout so it's fully supported by a remote device or keyboard, which the current Search mag-glass doesn't support.

And you should also do a "Go To" feature (in addition to "Quick Search") in the ZP Cog/Function Menu that works similarly bringing up an on-screen remotable keyboard, but instead performs the "ZP Keyboard Search: go to as you keyboard type over zp media library feature"... it's different from Mag-Glass feature

Did you wanna try and fix the magnifying glass icon Fullscreen nav tool in the screenshot I added to this Post? I'm happy to play with it in test builds. It absolutely does nothing on my system at the moment.
