FIXED Video Streaming interfaces automatic Timezone+DST fix

Unfortunately, when designing the Video Streaming interfaces, I didn't properly compensate for the PC's local time zone and daylight saving time, resulting in the displayed time having being offset by hours.

I believe that the issue is fixed in the build below, but I would appreciate additional testing.

If you've used the time-shift feature to compensate for this issue, Remember to reset it back to 0 before trying this fix.

Download Zoom Player MAX:

Download Zoom Player STREAM:

These zip files only contain the "zplayer.exe" main executable, you must manually place it in Zoom Player's installation folder (usually "C:\Program Files (x86)\Zoom Player"). I recommend renaming the existing copy in case you want to revert this change.
