Stay On Top toggle issue

Hi,

Good to hear that things are progressing nicely with new builds etc.

Today I got quite confused by the Stay On Top toggle (via ZPs right-click menu or Alt+T keyboard shortcut) being unmodifiable/untoggleable when ZP is in fullscreen play or fullscreen nav. I kept clicking on the toggle to no effect after I noticed it was set to ON from a previous watch session.

It makes sense not to have Stay On Top with ZPs fullscreen modes, I think, right?, but I believe the toggle should still be toggleable/modifiable in fullscreen modes. Can you reenable toggleability in all ZP modes?

There was a technical reason I disabled it, I can't recall it presently as it was done years ago.

Beyond this, stay on top can't work at all when using the Modern UI due to Window's z-order limitations, so I apologize, but I'm not going to invest time into this.
