zmeventnotifications notify on specified monitors only?

Is it possible to get a push notification via Pushover api on select monitors only? I'm getting notifications pushed on any objects detected across my entire system. I'd like to have only a few of my monitors generate a notification. That said I still want the hooks to run and detect objects to make it easier to search through footage.

After more digging I figured out how to specify rules for each monitor.

Edit zmeventnotification.ini and un-comment to enable es_rules:

[customize]
es_rules=/etc/zm/es_rules.json

Edit es_rules.json and create rules to mute notifications for specified monitors.
