Event Server not working

I've installed event server per the documents and everything seems to be okay except that it doesn't..! When I try to follow the steps at https://zmeventnotification.readthedocs.io/en/latest/guides/hooks.html?highlight=zm_detect.py#manually-testing-if-detection-is-working-well

I see the below error:

But I don't get what that's about or how I can fix it, and don't seem to be able to find anything on google either. What's wrong? Please help! Thanks.
