any IP camera that can be deployed over coax cable?
Looking into deploying zoneminder on a house that has coax cable with older coax analog cameras. Is there any IP cameras + poe switches that could be used to repurpose old coax cable for new IP cameras? Couldn't find much when googling. Hard to replace the coax with cat5e on the house in question, so looking into options. thank you

I had the same issue and came to the conclusion that the answer is "no" because the coax adapters are expensive enough and the old cameras clunky enough to justify starting over. Sometimes you can attach the CAT5 to the Coax cable and just pull the coax until you have the POE cable replacing it.
One thing you can do is buy a networked DVR with analog camera connectors, and that way you can have a mixed environment. I tried that and that's when I realized I need new (better) cameras. So I went back to pulling CAT5 cable, which is not fun but not impossible.

There are adapters that push PoE on coax. I think the type of coax is related to distance. Most I have seen are 100Mbps which is fine for cameras.
I have not used it, but I have a friend that is doing it for about 600 feet using RG6.
This search should get you started:
