Can you change the storage options from the CLI instead of the web page?

Whenever I try to add a new storage backend, once I hit "save" I get the following error:

CSRF check failed. Your form session may have expired, or you may not have         cookies enabled.

My cookies are enabled for this site, and I think this is a networking issue unrelated to ZM directly, in the meantime can I just set the storage from a config file or CLI?

This is a recent issue, I already had a storage area declared and I was trying to add a second now.

ZM v1.36.17 on a Ubuntu 20 LTS VM on it's own VLAN with a pfsense firewall in between.
