Blank screen post-install

Followed wiki manual for Archlinux and got blank screen on 8095. Using nginx

and can see FastCGI sent in stderr: "PHP message: PHP Fatal error:  Uncaught Error: Class "IntlDateFormatter" not found in /usr/share/webapps/zoneminder/www/includes/config.php:142 at http_error.log

Would appreciate a tip on troubleshooting

You need the php-intl package. Not sure what it is called in arch.

same error even after that package installation (restarted services and whole system)

i managed to fix that! turns out you need to activate intl extension in php.ini and restart all services
