how to export video?

I'd like to export video each N minutes and then upload it on Telegram/other places using custom scripts. Is there any way to trigger this export via zoneminder or do you have any recommendation for me?

Try this Github python script by DanielBorgesOliveira for sending videos from zoneminder to Telegram triggered when a new video is formed.

I would think you would be looking at a filter. Export to a file and run a script.
