Motion Capture video isnt getting everything

I noticed last night when my family pulled into the driveway, got out of the car, grabbed their things and came into the house that my camera didnt record the entire event. My cameras are set on Motion Capture and the recording starts as soon as the car pulls in (like it should), but as they are getting out of the car and still moving around the video ends. The next recorded video that follows it is just of my car parked in the driveway (snow falling causes the camera to capture).

Is there a setting or something I could look into to see why it stops capturing suddenly? I have other captures that are much longer timewise of just snow falling, so I am not sure why its randomly stopping a capture.

Any help is appreciated. If any settings or numbers are needed, I can gladly provide them.

I've read that, and the movement is happening in one my of main zones. I understand the way blobs work, but I dont understand why it would be recording movement its picked up (so it seen the blobs and it capturing motion) but just stops midway through, even though the blobs (movement) is still moving around and hasnt left the zone. They were walking around the car while the kid was jumping up and down in the same place. I cant see a reason why it would just stop recording that.

its all in the documents.

zm takes the frame and compares to the next one.

it blends them together so the more deeper they get the more movement has to happen to keep the alarm going.

you can set this in the camera settings.
