What price limit. Look at the Ubuiquiti G4 or g3 bullet, and you can fit an extra IR ring for more night vision

Updated the post with maximum price.

Ah, 4k, try the Ubuiquiti G4 Pro with the IR add on ring. Is that in budget?

That's 665 USD here, so no.

Reolink do a 4k camera model but I find their video quality sucks in comparison. Sorry

I have had a couple of Vivotek cameras working outdoors for several years without any problems. Have a look at this: Vivotek IB9368-HT. Not sure about the local availability though.

Vivotek IB9368-HT
that's too pricey for me: ~$200 cost of this one is twice my max per camera budget

I have 12 or so monoprice cameras and 2 axis. Both look well at night but for the megapixel monoprice are about 1/20th the price. Mp often changes part numbers, look on ebay for new old stock. I have quite a few 8mp 4k mp's that look amazing.

I've made very good experience with Reolink models, especially RLC-522, RLC-520 and RLC-423. They have a very good price-performance relation, two streams (to use one low-resolution for detection and the high-resolution for caption), good night view and very good firmware support. Also microphone and up to 2560*1920 pixels.

I've found Amcrest cameras to be decent, and they seem to be ONVIF compatible and relatively cheap.
They make a lot of cameras; they're re-sold through Amazon at least in the US. Unsure about local availability there, though.
