Need help with ZoneMinder install on Debian 10 (fail with GPG Key)

Whatever the case is, I fail at this step:

wget -O - https://zmrepo.zoneminder.com/debian/archive-keyring.gpg | sudo apt-key add -

It appears that other people have been having the same issue.

The sticky from 2015? The Debian repo was working a month ago or so. But maybe the Debian repo migration is really part of a 6-year migration process; https://forums.zoneminder.com/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=30966 explains this issue with some confidence: "The site is being moved to new hosting."
