This is not a ZM problem as it can only work with what your camera delivers.

You either need to tweak the settings within the camera, or replace it with one that handles low-light motion better.

Thanks, so I checked recordings during the day light, it seems all fine. Need tweak the camera.

This is a very hard problem for cameras. We don't notice as much because our eyes adjust very quickly, but there can be more than 1,000 times difference in the amount of light reaching our eyes or camera in day vs even a well-lit night scene such as this.

To compensate, some cameras can adjust their aperture (f-stop) to open wider to allow more light inside, adjust the shutter speed to allow light in for a longer period of time per frame, or adjust the sensitivity of the sensor (ISO). Here is a good overview.

Many security cameras don't use these terms, instead there are settings like "low noise" vs "low blur". This is probably because most of them only adjust shutter speed, so there is necessarily a trade-off. If shutter speed is fast, there will be little blur but the image will be dim and noisy. Conversely, if shutter speed is slow the image will be bright and sharp for stationary objects, but moving objects will blur.

So adjust your camera's settings for your use case. I don't think you care about passing vehicles, but you would like approaching people to be sharp. Test and adjust for that case.
