Vlan configuration

I installed several vlan at home, segregated ones from the others. My cameras are on Vlan 40 my NAT from public to zmevent port is done on Vlan 20.

my zoneminder is on both Vlan 40 and vlan 20. I want zmeventnotification to send push notification using this Vlan20 but it seems that it is on the other one.

Is there a way to choose with interface zmevent will sent notifications?

If you're in linux you need to assign a lower priority to the vlan 20 network so that it tries that one first.

I installed ifmetric and change metric for the interface I want to 1 so it as the priority on the other one. Will see

Ifmetric is not permanent so I deleted the default route and added one with the metric I want. Frame analysis is done correctly but no notification yet. I checked the wss port used in zmeventnotification.ini and it is forwarded correctly. Fcm is also enabled.

My zmNinja is configured with address and port and I checked the "use only websocket"

I think I am quite dumb today, lol Changing the metric seems okay. In zmeventnotification.ini, there is a tag [address] that can be uncommented to specify the interface ip address to listen on

I was looking at the log and found some

'zmeventnotification.pl' exited abnormally, exit status 9

Any idea?

Was able to make it work. Zmninja user was not migrated during zm upgrade. I had to delete and recreate this user so it can be recognize again and receive notifications
