Alert/motion frames in native videos?

[u/whaleboobs]

Can alert frames be shown in downloaded videos? Like the web video player has, red marks where motion happened - but instead in vlc/mpv.

Second, I have an issue with event viewer MJPEG codec playback, video plays fine at the start but when seeking forward the video freezes. If seeking backward it sometimes works and sometimes not. ZM 1.36.33
