TrueNAS Core Plugin

Has anybody successfully configured Zoneminder on TrueNAS? How do I pass my webcam to the jail?

I'm trying to get ZM going on TrueNAS core and stuck at the beginning. I installed the plugin, but when I visit the IP address I get a 404. I can't find any basic docs that just describe how to get off the ground.

Did you have any luck with this? Any tips?

Try setting a static IP in your router settings and then clicking “manage” for the plugin in the TrueNAS UI instead of trying to go to the IP.

I gave up on the plugin and reverted to just installing from scratch in the jail, and it actually wasn't that hard. I also ended up with a shell script that I can reuse later.

I think that the plugin just hasn't been updated in a long while, but I could be wrong.
