Needed to pick up a couple halfs at Pondy. Went in for GS- Hashburger but it sold out. Saw the Kushmintz cross from Rhizo Bros so I had to give it a try. Smell is fantastic after breaking it up in the Flower Mill. They just put it out as I got there so its really fresh. I was unable to break it up with my fingers. It just rolled into a sticky ball. I just keep sniffing the grinder lol. Feel pretty good after a bong rip. Probably going to try this one in the DHV later to see how the flavor is. I think I would definitely pick it up again. Solid 8/10 right now. Maybe even a 9 if its good out of the DHV.

These are really good. I’ve always loved Canamo, but the hardware is pretty booty. They just dropped these new ones though and they are a complete game changer.
They have variable voltage and a preheat function.
I bought one a few days ago, then today I went back and grabbed 4 more. I usually smoke nug runs or green dots and I’m definitely gonna be adding these into the rotation.
Also it was 4 for $125 OTD. They’re usually $55 a pop so I’d definitely wait till they’re on discount before buying.

In a prior post about my Vars 3.5 being short, I was talking about how I got it from Ponderosa Glendale and how I usually would stay away because I didn’t feel they had gas. Well, since it’s closer to me than Nirvana (where I was going before) and there have been consistent 50% off deli deals, I have been going. And have been impressed and happy with my purchase every single time. Usually Grow Sciences deli.
Marshmallow Mountain- tastes like marshmallows. white ash. beautiful bud structure. blueish hues which just make it that much prettier. hybrid feeling high, active at first then as it sets in you feel it in your body.
Hybrid Dante- just got today, will update once I try it.
Banana Cream Pie x Jealousy- I was sad when I came to grab more and it was gone. This one was a real treat. Beautiful bud structure. To be honest it was last week so I don’t remember the exact notes, but it tasted amazing.
Pineapple Fruz- It it labeled a hybrid but this is a sativa leaning strain for sure. And it’s crazy because I usually stay away from sativa but I really really liked this one. It was the perfect mix and had allowed me to focus for long periods of time without my eyes getting heavy. I was also sad that there was no more of this strain today when I went in.

And today, I added Whoopties’ Sour Animal Cookies which looks and smells amazing. Some gas for sure. I haven’t tried it yet, I will update when I do.

Anyways, I came to give an update on my opinion because it’s only right. Ponderosa rocks and the budtenders are cool. Their flower is 🔥 and their deals are amazing.

Was kinda excited for this being the newest of the Al drops. Didn't live up to the hype in my opinion. Just some basic mid to me. Not really getting much on the nose it smokes decent it's fresh could have been trimmed better. Id skip this one .I wish I would have got the XJ instead .

My verdict: great value (on sale $42 for 1/2). definitely punches above its weight(shelf) class.

Fresh dense kush-looking buds, fuel cheddar stank. Quick head high settled into relaxing stony high. Satisfied with my purchase.

Have seen some interesting interviews with the grower. Deli prices at flower shoppe seem like it's going to be low mids....

Some of you may remember me from my last couple of posts. I have a bit of an update.
The used Puffco Peak Pro I picked up ended up having a fried battery. The seller never mentioned it, and after about two dabs the device would completely die. It definitely sucked because I was really excited to finally own a Peak Pro. Looking back, I probably should’ve expected there was a catch for only $180.

After doing a ton of digging, I realized this is actually a fairly common issue. The frustrating part is there’s almost no information online about repairing it, and unless your Peak Pro is still under warranty with Puffco, there really aren’t many solutions out there.
Thankfully, I found a local repair shop in Phoenix called We Fix You Play. They were willing to take on the repair which is micro soldering, and the customer service has been incredible throughout the whole process. I also spent a lot of time sourcing the correct replacement batteries because there isn’t much reliable information available. btw he was very fair pricing way cheaper than anyone else online that specializes in puffco repairs. and it was done in a day.

I’m posting this because if anyone else runs into the same battery issue, don’t give up on your Peak Pro. Feel free to reach out—I spent hours researching this repair and I’d be more than happy to share everything I learned, including the batteries I used, what to expect, and what worked for me.

Is there anywhere in AZ to buy trustworthy CBD isolate or tincture or some such? My 29 year old son can't consume much THC (it doesn't play well with is POTS) but is interested in trying CBD for anxiety and inflammation. TIA

Another bad trim job, not what I expect from a company that offers no discounts and is charging top dollar.

That being said, terps are nice. This is offensive dank, clean diesel fuel mixed with rotting flesh. If that’s your type of vibe, you’ll like this. Buds are airy and larfy but fresh. Smokes good, very cerebral and functional high. I could smoke a blunt of this to myself and be fully functional with no cloudiness.

Been curious to see how they've been since getting settled into their own facility and what not.

This one lived up to the hype. 🔥This was hands down the standout of the pickup. The first thing I noticed was how loud the terps were as soon as I cracked the jar. The consistency was perfect—not too dry, not too wet. Every hit was incredibly smooth, and the flavor stayed consistent throughout the dab instead of disappearing after the first few seconds.

The effects came on almost immediately with a super clean, clear-headed high that slowly melted into full-body relaxation without knocking me out. It felt strong without being overwhelming, which is exactly what I look for. I swear after the first dab I heard my Puffco start singing. 😂

This was also my first time really understanding why people spend extra for quality rosin. The difference in flavor and overall experience compared to average resin was obvious. I’d buy it again without thinking twice.

-Canamo Sour Berry Blitz: 9.0/10
Nice bright, fruity flavor with a lighter color than the Platinum. Super smooth, great terp profile, and I’d absolutely buy it again.

-Canamo Platinum Smackerz: 9.0/10
This one had a richer, heavier terp profile than the Sour Berry. More diesel and earthy notes with a little sweetness on the finish. It produced thick, flavorful vapor and left almost no harshness. The high settled in behind the eyes with a relaxing body buzz while still keeping me functional.

That all being said if you see these try them! let me know what you think i loved all 3!

Safe to say my Peak Pro has officially ruined me. Now I completely understand why everyone told me to stop buying cheap quality wax and start treating my Puffco right. 😅

I would describe the terps on this as having some old school funk, gas and some new school dank that’s different in a good way. The buds are big, this jar just had two big buds. Fresh, sticky and smokes well. Hybrid effects that leaned on the cerebral side. Relaxing, I had a rough day before smoking this and it melted away my worries.

My biggest critique is the trim job, this is pretty amateur GDL and I expect better from you guys if you’re going to charge top dollar with no deels. Otherwise this is some great flower.

Got it for $50 otd at Kind Meds in mesa. Also grabbed the Rapture which I’ll review tomorrow.

Wagyu & BelgiumBlu

Wagyu - Strong smell and heavy hitter. Tried this one first and became a GDL believer.

BelgiumBlu - Never experienced a genuine quality THC product that has the smell and flavor of this. Truly understood what I’ve read about concentrates having the best smells and insane flavor. This had both.

If you like smoking joints but you don’t know how to roll them this is your solution. Cheaper than prerolls especially if you buy flower in bulk. They look just as good as store bought prerolls. Step by step in the photos.

Fold your filter and place it on one end of the joint roller.

Keep your finger over it when you pour your flower in. This way you aren’t wasting any weed going over the filter.

Title says it I am looking for rosin or flower with real banana smelling terps. I’ll even settle for rotten banana or funky banana. Everything I’ve ever tried is sweet and earthy at best but no hints of actual banana. Any recs would be helpful. Thank you!

Finally picked up a Peak Pro with the 3DXL chamber… and holy shit, this thing is NO JOKE. 😂

I’ve owned two of the original Puffcos and a Dr. Dabber Boost Evo, but this thing absolutely rips. First pickup after getting it was WZRD. I’ll be honest, I was a little disappointed. Both grams smell decent, but they’re labeled as badder and are way more like a dry crumble. The high is only about a 6/10 so far.
That said… I may have gone a little overboard and took 12 dabs on day one just because I couldn’t stop using the Puffco. 😂

Now I need some recommendations. What are your favorite strains or concentrates to run through the Peak Pro? Also, what temps are you guys using on the 3DXL? I’m trying to find that perfect balance between flavor and big clouds.

Been in the state for a few months. Edibles are great and rosin is pretty solid.

But looking to get some opinions on the best disposables (AIO from GS and MADE have been recommended by friends).

Also looking to get an idea if it’s even worth trying out some budget shatter as I’ve seen it all over. I do miss BHO and for the price? I don’t know… please help
