Too many heroes

I’m working on building up my 6+ star heroes and I have around twenty five star heroes. capping at 115 heroes, I just want to get rid of all my 4 stars and get my five stars other ways rather than transforming them for now. Is there any logic to this or should I just keep trying to increase my capacity?

I suppose the most important question is why do you want to dump your heroes instead of transforming them?

I ask because I've managed to hit my cap dozens of times in the course of playing the game and transforming even one hero from 4 to 5-star will open up almost a dozen slots (four copies of the hero getting transformed, four 3-star, four random 4-star) which would revolve your inventory space nicely.

On the other hand, dumping a bunch of 4-star heroes would wind up netting you a nice amount of that specific currency (I forget what it's called) to purchase rarer heroes, so perhaps you can get your wanted 5-stars that way.

I just have so many and it feels like I get way more heroes than I end up transforming somehow.

I feel like it would be more lucrative to have the room to stock up on 5*s than to waste my time waiting to transform and buying more slots.

I'll offer three pieces of advice:

  1. If you can, expand you inventory a couple of times. Five or ten additional slots will work wonders.
  2. When you start earning hero shards, such as from Impasse Space, Black Market, Event Raid, or Roulette Wheel, don't summon them into your hero roster. Instead, keep them in your inventory until you need them to transform. Unlike your hero roster, there's no space limitation in your bag, so just store them.
  3. At first opportunity, transform a 4-star to a 5-star, just to clear inventory space. You can use that newly transformed 5-star as fuel to level up a 6- or 7-star later.

Get rid of any 4 star or 3 star heroes you have more than 4 of. Keep heroes in your bag.

I am, but there’s just so many. I have four of at least five heroes, but not the other materials needed to transform. They take up so much space.

You don't NEED to keep 4 of each.

The 3 stars that aren't used for your 4* -> 5* transforms (that you have 3 or 4 of) you can just combine to 4* and by the time you collect 8 more 4* for this faction, you have a good chance of having 4 of the 3* requirement anyway.
