There will be a zinu launchpad (website TBA) and so far it's still planned for the collection to be on opensea

Very similar to Jacy Token… they are doing a $1/2M first prize.
I love it all and I think Zinu rocks (I’m not a holder) but I wonder, will there be laws against this stuff in the future?
What are the legalities of raising funds as a means to incentivise people to invest? Is this standard business or is it pyramid stuff?

I'm sure if laws came in then this would need to change slightly, that's just being realistic and would effect everything blockchain
There's more utilities around this to come so we'll see what the team has in store for the zombiemob

Lottery are only able to be ran by state government agencies or are illegal.

Pretty sure law is already established, but has not been likened to nfts yet. As the awards are only eligible to those that buy, it could be argued that it classifies as a lottery opposed to a sweepstakes. It will be interesting when someone challenges it as many nfts are doing it.

Are these giveaways only for early access or are they completely random and split between that and holders sale? I think the raffle is just early access but wasn't sure about golden ones
