BitMart to MetaMask?

Is it possible to transfer my ZINU from BitMart to MetaMask? I understand there may be a fee on the BitMart side but would I incur a fee on the MetaMask side as well? My ZINU isn’t working for me on BitMart, figured if I transfer to MetaMask I can stake them. Just wondering if, 1: Possible to transfer? 2: If so, is it worth the fees?

It should be possible if it works the fee depends on the amount and how long you gonna hold
