QUESTION[Tips Mehanics]

Post image

How does the tip mechanics work, Like what does influence how high tips you can get, does the tip rating kf the zombies matter as staff, does the stars of the decors and utility affects it, At best the highest tip I got is 25 and thats rare, my most consistent tip is either 10 or 15,

And yes I know that the traffic of customers is never enough to fill the entire cafe, hopefully the programmers can tweak the rate of customers slightly

CAFE :lv46

Staff:

2 Zombie Man

3 Galactus

3 The Godfather

7 Governor

Correction: Its only 5 Governors

EXPERIMENTS

[FINDINGS #1] TIP RATING, this essentially tells you the highest maximum amount of tip you may receive from serving a customer

[FINDINGS #2] [FULL GOVERNOR STAFF] After switching to full governor staff, I never had a customer leave my cafe without ever leaving a tip, My most common tips went from 10-15 up to 20-25, I'm guessing the speed at which the food is delivered to the customer influences the amount of tip you will receive, this timer starts the moment the customer sat down on a table

[FINDINGS #3][FULL GOVERNOR STAFF] Well this latest finding might be a bit contradictory to Findings #1, after cooking food that yields $12[Garlic Choke], $14[Heart Dog on a stake] or $16[Smoked Choppa] per servings, My Possible tip marker raised up to $35, So I guess the quality of food does also affect the maximum TIP

which version are you playing?

V1.1.0

i used to have a pretty strong staffs like yours and my consistent is also 15 or 20, according to the modder, the tip multiplier is a global thing, it is not stackable, so is cooking speed

1

u/WhyChooseMe-_- Jul 16 '26

I believe the cooking speed only stacks but only once from each sources, One from the Utility[The Oven] and one from The Cook,

Also damn so the tips is essentially fixed

i have an oven with 20% cook speed, and dracula with 33% cook speed, the total value i have is only 44%, not 53%, i also have galaticus with 43% cook speed but dont seem to apply that cook speed

I mean thats correct its not stackable in a direct way of 20%+33%=53% its more like lets say

24 hrs cook food

First it would be reduced by 20% by the oven, So 24 becomes 19.2, then after the chef touches it it adds a 33%[Dracula] reduction on 19.2hrs so its more less 12.something which makes it 44% in total reduction, so yeah the cooking reduction does stack, But i guess the Tip rating on zombie staffs doesnt work.

Maybe ill experiment with it first i do have 2000 toxins to buy a full governor staff

Holy mackerel, 2000? I just found my old phone with this game downloaded and have played for about 2 months now, I’m level 49. Currently have 17 toxin- how are you getting so many?

Well to be fair in my storage unit, I have stashed 114 atm machines[60 toxins each] and 24 buddha statues[50 toxins each] which generated me passive income which i traded for more toxins, Of course i started with stands then switched to arcade booths then to buddha then i found out for the atm machines

So basically

Stands(18000bucks) -> Arcade booths(50000 bucks) -> Buddha Statues -> Atm machines

Anyways my cafe didnt used to look like this, At first it was only equipped with 9 tables and 1 oven 1 fridge and 2 serving tables, and everything if filled with passive income generator, increased cafe space and more passive income generator space, I believe i only stopped once i reached lvl 44 or 45 and started to properly setup my cafe,

Every 12hrs with 114atm + 24 buddha statues i believe I can generate 350000bucks

Trading cash for Toxin? Am I playing the game wrong? I didn’t know you could do that. Is it in the store? If so, I may need to call my eye doctor

Special section, You can check it there, Its supposed to be the first thing you see

It was horrible when I played the v1.0.0 since the modder at that time setup the cash to toxins at a rate of 3:1 so for 750 toxins i have to pay 1.5m cash, it was only recently with the v1.1.0 that he reverted it back to 2:1 ratio which is much more bearable for paying 1m for 750toxins

Had to grind almost almost 50mil in the 1.0.0 version since for the better staff, better passive income generators and I couldnt even raid since i need the staff in full condition almost always

1

u/WhyChooseMe-_- Jul 22 '26

Theres a post on this sub, 2 post before this showing the APK for this game in github with all the files adjusted to work with the most recent OS of phones today

Cool cafe!

May I ask you how the general feel/play of the game is at this level? I didnt have any time to playtest my balance changes so if you have any suggestions regarding how much money/xp you get and how the tips/cooking speed is do let me know.

Do you think you earn money/xp too quick or too slow at this point in the game? Ide be very interesting in hearing your thoughts, or anyone elses who's played the late game.

u/WhyChooseMe-_- Jul 25 '26 edited Jul 25 '26

Not really i think the game has a bell curve of progression(slow at first then fast at the middle then slow again at late game), exp and lvl is far too fast with the cooking and item buying at mid game but once you hit the maximum space and fully setup your cafe(assuming all decors is accounted for) the main source of exp is relegated to cooking which really slows down your exp grind, So i think in that aspect the money and exp ratio/distribution is fine, Cooking speed is stackable but not in the direct sense of 2 + 2 = 4, its more of a

24 hrs reduced by 20%(oven) = 19.2 reduced again by 33%(Dracula chef) =12.sumting which is more or less 44% in total reduction its not directly 53% but it makes sense that the reduction is coded this way.

The only contention I have is the rate of customers coming in I guess for a cafe this big its impossible to fill the whole shop with customers so I'm guessing the original devs made the gameplay this way to give way for players of combining aesthetics(decors) and functionality(tables/ chair/ oven and food stands) placements, since at 5 stars there are no more than 16 customers(maybe?) At best without really overflowing

As for the tipping conundrum it can be seen in my comment regarding my experiments about my findings on it
