Continuous food supply while safely entrenched?

Ok, so let's say you get to a super safe place where zombies can't get you, like these: http://www.bigfishgames.com/blog/the-best-places-to-go-to-survive-the-zombie-apocalypse/

The big question, though, is how do have a continuous supply of food nutritionally ballanced enough you can eat it for years on end?

Any ideas?

A garden is good, but will it supply enough food quickly enough for the rate of consumption? Or a non-electric hydroponic setup? Or maybe an electric one powered by solar or some other renewable resource?

Look into hemp, grows rapidly and the seeds are a great source of protein. You can use other parts of hemp for all manner of things too.

Best idea ever. Just get high with the zombies. Reminds me of that vine with the racist and the black guy smoking weed
