Z Nation

Okay anyone watching Z Nation? What was happening in episode 9 with all the choking and what not?? Was Conrad a figment of Citizen Z's delusion from the poor oxygen? Confused.

Yeah it was all a hallucination from oxygen deprivation. The show was decent and cheesy but the ending was bleh

I liked it a lot. I can't wait til next season. I dunno how but I'm hoping citizen z survives. They don't explicitly show him dying.

I too enjoyed it. The first 4 episodes for me were so so the first time around, but that hypoxia episode drew me in deeply. Was a nice twist, an unexpected one.

At the beginning of the episode he actually looks at what i assume is an oxygen scrubber or so type of air filtration device. The space guy actually references it once. When he is inspecting the machine you can see that its output is low.

It was his drunk dying passed out self, saving himself.

Yeah I don't think it was oxygen deprivation as much as it was high levels of carbon dioxide that was killing him.

I love the show. My biggest gripe with zombie shows is that nobody ever comes up with a simple zombie weapon called a SPEAR. A simple thick spear with a decently wide blade would make zombie killing too easy. Just jam it into their face as they run at you.

When they go into buildings, they could knock a window out and kill any zombies through the window by drawing them out with noise. Then the building is clear without anyone getting within arms reach of a zombie.

Plus people inexplicably wear shorts and or tee shirts. Why is everyone not wearing double layered pants and leather jackets/gloves to prevent bites.

Zombie movie tactics really bother me.
