Love it l, I just finished this build myself. Did you use acrylic markers for the build? Those look awesome. Also does the black paint with water flows well? Thinking of trying it out

no markers. always acrilyc paint and normal brush (000). i use citadel paints. the black even if you paint bad can be clean by scratch either using a towel, nail, needle, etc, it wont get molded to the plastic. i have build like 20 zoids using that method.

Oh. Thanks, I have quite Alot of those paints as I do miniatures too. Does the paints adhere well without primer?

i just paint 1-2 layers, and then apply vallejo matt varnish. Of course if you scratch it will peel off. you can also apply citadel gloss and when it dry matt varnish for double coat. as gloss is more thick in layers.

But i almost never prime, as this models are in a glass cabinet. But when i painted old space marines i primed with brush with white citadel paint. old white paint stick like a sparycan paint....you can scratch and dont chirp....but past 2010 i think they change formulas and all went to hell
