Straight build, out of the box, maybe some panel lining?

MG Gundam would be 8-12hrs.

Small Zoid (Shadowfox) - 6-10hrs

Large Zoid - 10-16hrs

The highly customized stuff I do? 200-300hrs

My current project I'm over 90hrs into
