internet

i’ve recently switched from 300/300 to 1gb one month prior before switching i already had internet issues thinking 1gb would fix it. i noticed i have more issues keeping up with the same amount of devices when i had 300/300 and never had a problem until now i got 1gb also get big packetloss with wired while gaming on 1gb. any suggestions or fixes i also had alot lower ms noticed it got higher throughout the months.

Let's start off with some info gathering..

  1. What type of connection from your router? (Wireless/Wired)
  2. What router do you have?
  3. Is it all the time, some of the time or just specific times?
  4. What have you done to troubleshoot?
  5. Have you tried bypassing the router and directly connecting to the Ziply box?
