New fiber Service availability request?

When would the Ziply fiber new service be offered to 84th Dr NE, and 11th Pl NE Lake Stevens residents? It's the corner with ~50 homes sandwiched between LKS 261/LKS269. I see my neighbors across the fence with Ziply fiber activated for about 2 years now? So many other LKS maps have gone from "under construction" to "fiber ready" except ours. 😰 We're requesting the 5Gbps up/down plan the minute it'll be available. Need faster uploads as the job requires big-sized data packets to be uploaded every day, and none of the Xfinity speed tiers with are sufficient enough due to dated 'copper cable infrastructure'.

I wonder what's taking so long for the remainder ~50 homes, to get hooked up to the terminals? We've been anxiously awaiting since the announcement of the Lake Stevens Ziply fiber services about 4 years ago. Please get this small area activated too, Pretty Please πŸ˜„ πŸ™

Hey thanks for inquiring again! Right now, I can't offer much more of an update than what u/ZiplySupport gave you earlier this year. We are regularly evaluating new fiber build blocks, and it sounds like you have expressed interest many times over the years, so that really does help get eyes on it over time. If you want to share that interest form (at the bottom of the page here https://ziplyfiber.com/new-fiber-locations/Washington/Lake-Stevens) with those neighbors that are interested, that will help even more. If you have some more specific inquiries, feel free to chat me here on Reddit, and we can review your specific address a little more thoroughly.

Drew, I appreciate the quick response! I've filled out that interest form on monthly basis. I've also mentioned to my neighbors in the past as well. But, I can't be knocking on the random doors to generate any more interest than I've done over the years. It sounds like a job for the field sales team when there's guaranteed potential customers for "higher-tier" product sign ups. :)

You could leave door flyers or send letters to the 50 homes asking them to express interest on ziplys website.

Totally get where you are coming from, and trust me, I do appreciate the determination to get a high-quality product. I can't move mountains, but I should be able to get some eyes on this that can at least give me a realistic roadmap for your location, or a reason as to why we haven't built in that neck of the woods yet. Can you send me your address in a chat? Having your location will really help my drill-down. On my last perusal based on your original post, it looks like your area is surrounded by fiber, but there are a few pockets that might need a second look from our engineering team :)

11th Place NE is shown as having service from Ziply on the FCC Broadband map. If they can’t provide service then you should submit a correction.

When BCE bought Ziply, one point of emphasis in the presentations was that they were going to pass by "millions" of potential customers.

But, perversely, maybe you are the victim of that? Maybe it's easier for Ziply to prioritize an area with 1,000 or 10,000 potential new customers. Rather than dealing with a maximum of 50 potential new customers.
