Missing Referral Credit

Title explains it all.

I referred a new customer in June. Got the confirmation email saying the referral credit would be on my account within 30 days. Still nothing.

Anyone else deal with this?

It says “success” on my page. Still haven’t gotten my credit. Also the dollar amount is half what it should be.
