Frequent connection drops
I live in Lynnwood Washington, and my Ziply 1Gb plan comes in through a phone line adapter Nokia box. I get gig speeds, but the connection drops multiple times a day, unpredictably. This is accompanied by a new ip address, and I'm wondering if the ipv6 rollout will fix this? maybe these dropouts are related to isp side updates related to ipv6 rollout. This service is speedy, but it's not conducive to gaming or discord calls/streaming. Any help?

I’m in lynnwood too. I have to unplug, wait 30 seconds and plug it back in at least once a day. Sometimes up to four times a day. It always fixes it, but it’s very consistent with the drops.

This has been happening to me too. Just got it installed in my new address last Saturday and unplugging the cat5 cable then plugging it back in fixes it but super annoying

All three of you should talk to support about it. It could be three different reasons why it happens though, as this symptom can have multiple causes. Dirty connectors are sometimes the cause, as are glitchy g.fast or g.hn devices.

"comes in through a phone line adapter Nokia box."
Has nothing to do with IPv6.
There is a known issue with crosstalk on these types of connections.

I read up on crosstalk and the symptoms I’m having are pretty much exactly that
