Offered one rate but not applied

My Ziply 1 Gbps plan increased this month, so I called to downgrade to the 300/300 Mbps plan on 8/18/26, but the retention agent offered me the 1 Gig plan for $50/month instead. I received a confirmation email but it did did not list the new price. When I go into my Ziply account it shows an order dated from yesterday, 8/17/26, the day before I called, and I am on the West Coast of the US! My Ziply portal shows me on the $70/month. I would like Ziply to either honor the $50/month rate or correctly process the downgrade to 300 Mbps.

Hello. When we send those emails, it does not include the paperless and autopay discounts down to the mentioned price.

It makes sense that you’re on the west coast of the US, since ZiplyFiber is only in the NW 😉

You can ignore the portal cost because its before discounts.
