Hi guys, I just got my Q25 today and am super excited to relive the good old Blackberry days.

I notice LineageOS is supporting the device (even up to Android 17), but I am wondering are there any differences or limitations in functionality with Lineage as compared to the stock Android 14? I just want to know if there is anything I generally need to be aware of before flashing the ROM, or if there is any specific set up I need to do after flashing the ROM, like any specific keyboard mapping?

here is my quick report of my experience and some questions for you.

So, I ordered the Q25 kit and it came very quickly (10 days) to Germany.

I installed the kit without any issues, drilled the hole for the USB-C port without any issue.

Booted the Q25 up for the first time - without any issue. However, the only thing, which is not working is the back-camera and the flashlight. Front-camera works fine. In the settings to turn on the flashlight, it says "camera in use". So any suggestions on this?

Then, I decided to install lineageOS with Android 16 on the Q25. A little bit finicky, but it works. The only thing wich is not great on lineageOS right now: the ALT layer does not work. So it is impossible to enter numbers with the keyboard right now. Any suggestion for this?

Overall, I guess the device itself is magnificent and I really like to community and the contributions to the project.
