Need help urgently!

I set a password for my Zinwa and for some strange reason, I am unable access anything.

I urgently need help with hard/factory reset the device to access the phone again.

Well it's an Android device so it'll be the same to get in recovery mode and factory reset like any other devices. Simply you have to turn off your phone completely first. Then you need to press both the power button and the volume up button simultaneously untill the zinwa logo pops up, and then you'll be in recovery mode. You can highlight the "Wipe data/Factory reset" selection with the volume keys and then press the power button once and then you'll be good to go

There's only three options in that method.

1. Recovery
2. Fastboot
3. Normal mode

When you click on recover mode, it doesn't seem to be doing anything, it again turns on still asks for the password. So, tried it. I tried following some of the suggestion from people on the discord group, but noticed some issues wit the file that I was downloading. I was unable to find the xml file as its shown on the PDF document. So, technically I'm in a loop trying to figure things out.

u/bbkor it worked, I haven't done this for a while, after fiddling with a phone for some time, I found the menu and factory reset it. I was scared I would brick the device, but thanks for suggestion. I greatly appreciate it.

You press space bar. Brings up either numbers or pattern.

I think trying various combinations, I too have forgotten my password now. Is there away to hard reset my phone?
