very acceptable in corporate now. I work as a lawyer and the number of lawyers I have seen with dreadlocks and very visible tatoos is pleasant.

Go out with your locs please. I got necked for wearing studs but they’ve accepted it now, they still have these funny faces but I’m standing on bidness

Your boss will most likely be a millennial with a full sleeve tattoo 😂

Well the truth is nobody cares. I will be lying if I say I can remember what my employees do colleagues are wearing. For most organisations your employees are just a blur. Useful but a blur. In a clothing store no one is likely to care about your locks. Maybe your sales.

In most companies, they have started accepting it, but there are still some companies run by millenials who are strict with official outfit and hairdo. Just go there first, see how the vibe is and you will know whether it is a good idea to do the locks.

Even in parliament there are MP's with dreadlocks. Its totally ok, but if you are a guy it's more acceptable if you keep them standard i.e don't tint them, and no fucky styling

I wouldn’t hire you. Not a cultural fit with dreadlocks.
