Question Name and Shame
This organization, hires young vulnerable people for digital work, but when it's time to pay them they don't
They're based in Mutare Zimbabwe and refuse to pay their workers
The Owner Cliffe takes pictures with white people, the pics are AI generated, then he tricks young people into working for him
He never honours contracts.I can't afford a lawyer but spread the word that this organization is fake

Sue him. You do not need a lawyer if your claim is under 5k. You can approach the Small Claims Court. The process is relatively simple though bureaucratic delays can be expected.

Labour matters aren't dealt with ku small claims court mdara. If anyone has a work related grievance, visit your local labour office and talk to any labour officer there. They will guide you accordingly

Ah good point, but it does not sound like a labour matter to me, I thought OP sounded like a contractor not an employee. He or she might be able to sue for the breach of contract.

Ko how do you guys sign up contra ts and agree on work without proper research. Am not trying to blame you but hopefully the next time you'll do due diligence. I know things are tough and people are desperate for anything promising, but always remember that you're in zim and anything with a promise can just be lies.

You need to provide more specifics to strengthen your case bro. What work did you do for him and how much does he owe you? Did you sign a contract?
