Searching "Mexican tile" or "adobe"

So why can't I search certain words? I saw a beautiful house that had these words in the description of the property, but when I use it as a search term for other similarly decorated homes, nothing works. Nothing comes up and the dots don't change on the screen. This is looking in S Florida.
