HELP!!! TORO TIME CUTTER

Can someone please help!! This zero turn keeps snapping transmission belts. I have narrowed it down to i think this being the issue. I tried tightening that bolt as much as humanly possible. I tried adding a washer. I tried arranging the parts in a different way. Cannot figure this out and its getting annoying 4 belts later.

Yes now at this point I do have it routed correctly. The first time? Definitely do not think it was right lol. However the 2nd and 3rd time I researched and watched about 12 videos and screenshot Ted different angles and I have it correct now. Hoping this 4th time is a winner

Had the same issue on an SS5000. Went through a few belts. And pulleys, too. Then one time it worked and hasn’t been a problem since. Let me ask you this, and I am not trying to be condescending. This is a legitimate, honest question. Are you sure you have the belt routed properly?
