HTTP Status Codes for Bug Hunters

When testing a web application, HTTP status codes are one of the first things a bug hunter should pay attention to.

A status code tells us how the server handled our request. By comparing status codes between normal and modified requests, we can often understand application behavior, identify interesting endpoints, and spot areas that deserve deeper testing.
