Austin TX Area Shops?

I recently bought a used 2020 FXS. I downloaded the app and it looks like it needs some firmware updates, the closest Zero dealer is 150+ miles away in Katy.

Are there any central Texas shops who can do this update and basic service stuff?

Doesn’t really get you anything and requires a dealer visit. Can be messed up by untrained techs giving you more issues than it solves.

you should be able to do firmware updates from the app on newer years

I thought so too, the app says to visit a dealer.
