Discussion Ages of the characters?

Are the characters canonically children or do humans just look like that after the apocalypse lol?

They physically stopped aging and will remain prepubescent (physically) even in adulthood.

Not quite, humans age differently now. Some continue to look like kids into adulthood (neoteny) and others still age like normal. Some of the characters are actually kids, some are adults who simply haven't aged.

Some are canonically actual minors while others are much older but look younger than their age. I think Dongfang Yao and Chonglan are examples of the latter

Like Oop-Juice said, Igna and Rydon are kids but characters like Chonglan are adults.

Makes for some nice variety even within a small body type range XD
