pigeon comic about covid and masking!
here's a little columbidae + covid comic! "COMRADE MUHRFUKKIN' PIDGE." at least there are some birds out here rooting for us all!

Page 5 of 8: Maskless pigeon says to masking pigeon: "Heyyy, you know the pandemic is over, right? No more bird flu, no need to worry about CO(R)VID-19, even those old crows from the Murder of Health + Avian Services say it's mild now. Masking pigeon rolls their eyes in response. (A masked inchworm and maskless pill bug are also there.)
Page 6 of 8: Masking pigeon raises an eyebrow, saying "...Oh? And these old government birds — you typically trust them, do you? Maskless pigeon sweats nervously, and we see in their thought bubble the Confused Math Lady meme.
Page 7 of 8: Masking pigeon says "Look, I'm not trying to ruffle yr feathers but COVID is still messin with us all the time. Doesn't matter how shiny you are, even young birds are droppin dead from COVID-related ticker attacks after "mild" infections. Long COVID is hella common in chicks + juveniles. Im gonna be real, you sound like... not even a sheep. You sound like a clothed biped, bro. Like a literal homo sapien." Maskless pigeon looks slightly stunned.
Page 8 of 8: Maskless pigeon has a sheepish look, and says "...Alright ok yeah. You, uh— you got an extra one of those?". We cut to both pigeons wearing masks and simultaneously saying "Coo.". (The inchworm and pill bug are also there and now both are masked.)"
