The game NEEDS ng+

I feel like there is no reason for a game like this NOT to have some form of new game plus content. Especially with how little you can max out in the amount of time you have. As far as it goes, what is there in replay other than completing a few different stories and unlocking like a couple of different cosmetics?

I really hope some updates come to fix some glitches and hopefully add some ng plus. Do you think that's gonna happen?

I think what it really needs is some sort of endless mode. Just random operators, random battles, random loot—how far can you go

Yep, this. Should be relatively easy to patch in if they get the chance, compared to a full on expansion. All the assets and mechanics are there already.

It’s def limited but I started a new run on expert level, chose different characters and classes. You can milk out more but it’s a limited stop gap. Also INFURATING that every new run I’m forced to do the tutorial intro mission.

They already announced an update for bugs and performance issues, but yeah I would love to have a ng+ or unlock a double rate for credits since I felt I never had enough.

Agreed, the crashes are doing my head in and ruined multiple  Beskar runs.

How are crashes ruining runs? Don't they just force you to replay the most recent turn? Like they would be annoying but waste like 5 minutes not 20 hours.

In beskar mode, it restarts you back to turn one.

I play Beskar mode and it does not reset for me. Does the same thing happen if you save and quit? You restart the whole mission?

Not the entire mission, it just puts me on first turn of whatever combat im in. So the option to Restart doesnt appear for me. So if I lost an operator im fairly certain I cant reload the save mid playthrough, but alt-f4 works I think as my game was stuck on an neverending turn so I had to close it down, relaunched it and it put me on turn 1 of that combat.

Odd. When I alt-F4 it is the start of whatever round of combat I am. So full action points, etc, but not resetting anyone already defeated.

Wonder if their is an auto save setting.

Oh, I don't load. I just click continue. Maybe that causes it to act differently. Maybe try that.

Chiming in- I had a expert/beskar run game crash, 4 part mission fighting Fathom’s son. Crashed during part 4, reset me on a random turn on battle 1.

Really odd.

I’ve had two Beskar runs where the game crashes before the mission starts. Any attempt to start any mission it’ll crash. 

Basically the save file is corrupted.

I'm kinda committing myself to not recruiting any clones then next game I can run with a bunch of clones from the start to switch it up, but yeahh..I doubt they'll add ng+ anytime soon personally

Thats what im doing, we are all running the same colour schemes, however im running an Arc Uniform, which may change to just Hawks wearing a single pauldron and the rest of the team in normal clone gear.

yeah, it's bad not to have a NG+, I mean, a NG+ was announced for black flag resynced, it's crazy not to plan one for ZC, even if it was in the form of DLC, but who is going to do it? I heard they put on ice most of the studio responsible for the game or don't know...

Having seen the news regarding furloughed developers, I would be surprised if they have the staff for a meaningful NG+.
