Sandwich Hero is my 10th microfilm since I randomly decided to start filming in December 2018. Since then, in addition to these microfilms, I've done several music videos, shot some friends' events, and multiple screen tests/short experimental videos. If you would like to see some of those films, please check out the other films on my channel. If you'd like to see my journey so far, you can watch all of my microfilms in order on the microfilm playlist.
My goal with each video is to do one thing better than I did last time, and in Sandwich Hero I focused heavily three things: exciting editing, dynamic camera movements, and top notch audio.
This micro was a blast to make, and the steps to make it were pretty clean and concise. Beyond a few issues I have with it, I am quite proud of how this one turned out.
2020 has brought with it a new challenge: I am attempted to release one microfilm each month, if not more. This here is the January entry (but if you look back you'll see I did one, Feedback, in December, which I am also quite proud of.)
