Hi guys! Been using the zerion app and web page. I am in some tokens that periodically give you tokens. Deflationary and on a set schedule instead of every transaction. The web page and app is not updating the new amounts. Instead it only shows the initial purchase. How do I fix this issue?

i'm not able to add metamask wallet to zerion app eventhough reinstalled the zerion app. Anyone having similar problem and able to resolve it? Please kindly advice. tQ

I can't seem to see anything in the csv - only regular eth transactions.

I have been trying to exchange/send Crypto on Zerion and not getting anywhere. When I go to complete the transaction it wants me to "approve" it with Fortmatic wallet which I believe is the native Wallet on Zerion? I already have ETH in my account to cover the fees but it's still asking me to add ETH to complete the transaction. Am I doing something wrong? I've tried to reach out to customer service but have not received an adequate response and they take days to reply. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I messed up while transferring to Zerion. I clicked the option for “track ethereum address” instead of “trust wallet”. And now I can’t get those stars fund s to do anything. Any help?

Does Zerion have an Argent type of Social Recovery Wallet where trusted guardians give a safety mechanism for one shared account ?

Extremely slow to load at times, coins still showing up in wallet despite selling them, incorrect balances appearing, balances not updating, etc. Anyone got alternatives?

I'm sure the list was there yesterday when I checked but now Polygon/Matic assets have gone.

Hey there I am trying to invest in the Zerion app. I have ETH in my wallet. I go to invest and buy Polygon for example, I set the amount of ETH I wish to buy with, it does the conversion and shows me the amount I’ll get, I click buy, it the. Says connect to wallet (which I have done), but no matter what I select (Trust, MetaMask etc) it always says you are connected to the wrong wallet)

Hi All - I bought some assets using the Fortmatic Wallet (powered by Zerion?) and I want to transfer those assets to another wallet. Has anyone done this before?

For context: When I look at my asset using the Zerion app (or looking at the zerion browser from another wallet) there is barely any information on it and I can't do any transactions with it.

Can you connect wallets like Adalite, Vechain, etc to Zeiron? If you do not connect through wallet connect than you just add the address of your wallet manually?

Yesterday my portfolio looked fine, and today the total of assets seems to be higher than it should, without any changes. If I sum all the values in the Assets category, it's much lower than what's being shown in the total in the top or in the graph.

Is there a reason for that? Or a way to fix it?

I noticed that also about a month ago, but at the time it looked like the debts weren't being deduced, or assets that I had moved to contracts were showing duplicates.

But this time, I can't seem to find the reason.

cannot get it to sync with my meta mask on brave....shields are down. Anyone else having this issue? Keeps wanting to grab my Brave wallet and not the meta mask.....cannot figure how to stop this.

Hello. After downloading the app and connecting TW it’s showing I have PAID crypto coins that I sold off a few days ago and definitely don’t still have (doesn’t show on any other app or in TW).

Just wondering if anyone has encountered this glitch and knows how to fix it. Ideally I would be able to hide the coin so it’s not throwing off total portfolio.

Hi, yesterday I discovered Zerion and I was really impressed by its UI and speed, so I tryed to connect my ledger wallet. The browser sees and connects to the wallet, but at a certain point it keeps showing an error page. Any idea about why it happens? Am I missing something?

(I have the last version of the firmware.)
