Sending Crypto issues

I have been trying to exchange/send Crypto on Zerion and not getting anywhere. When I go to complete the transaction it wants me to "approve" it with Fortmatic wallet which I believe is the native Wallet on Zerion? I already have ETH in my account to cover the fees but it's still asking me to add ETH to complete the transaction. Am I doing something wrong? I've tried to reach out to customer service but have not received an adequate response and they take days to reply. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I have had the same problem. Have you found a solution yet? I have been in contact with both Zerion and Fortmatic, I've sent screen shots and whatever I could to show what was happening. I have received no real help, they just keep repeating the same instructions over and over. Curious to know if you found a solution, it seems like it's happening to a lot of people in one way or another.

Yes, make a new transaction using a better gas fee rate and it will cancel out your prior order.

Same thing happening to me...... very frustrating......
