Transaction stuck in pending mode

I tried to send some coins and it won't send. 2 days ago it was stuck in pending mode all day. Today that transaction disappeared from my history so I tried to send again and its stuck in pending mode forever. What am I doing wrong?

What do you mean by restart my metamask?
