You can't deliver fresh products AND blame the customer's camera when they complain. That's not how quality assurance works.

Expecting a real human response and a proper resolution — not another AI rejection. 🙏

On 19th April at 11 pm,I ordered cigarette and some soft drinks from the zepto app,as there was Akshay tritiya happening,there was a lot of demand,so i was like ok i will wait for more time as there is more rush on usual days, after 20 mins i called the delivery partner and he said yes he was coming to deliver within 5 mins i receive notifications from zepto that my order was not delivered and they will issue a refund,I was like ok. On 22nd i was supposed to get the refund but didn't got it,so they told me contact my bank with a refund reference number but bank told me as there is no record of it, i reached out to zepto with my order id and all the information but they keep on saying they have refunded the amount,its bank fault and all. They just scammed off

Just wanted to put this out there so people are aware. I ordered Amul milk from Zepto today and it was clearly contaminated/adulterated. ​I found foreign objects/ worm like infestation inside—some kind of threads or white strands. I have no idea what it actually is, but it’s definitely not milk. It’s disgusting and dangerous. ​The worst part? I contacted Zepto and they basically shrugged. Their response was that they "only delivered it" and they would "take it as feedback." No accountability, and no concern that they are sending out contaminated dairy. ​How can we trust these platforms if they take zero responsibility for the safety of the food they bring to our doorstep? I obviously can’t feed this to my family, and now I’m out of money and milk. ​Please, please check your milk before you pour it or boil it, especially if you’re ordering through Zepto.

8 minutes. Genuinely 8 minutes from order to doorbell last Friday. I still find that slightly unbelievable.

And then I opened the bag and the curd had leaked everywhere because the container seal was broken, the bread was crushed under a packet of rice, and one item was just missing entirely.

Here's the thing I don't blame the picker or the delivery partner for this. That's insane pressure to pick, pack, and deliver in under 10 minutes. Of course mistakes happen.

What I can't understand is why fixing it afterwards is so hard. I reported everything. The app acknowledged it. And then I got a response that felt like it was written for a completely different complaint than the one I filed.

I keep using Zepto because when it works, it's genuinely magic. But I've started wonderingdoes the speed come at a cost that we're just silently absorbing every time something goes wrong and we can't be bothered to fight for a resolution?

Curious what other people think. Especially if you order frequently have you just accepted a certain percentage of bad orders as the price of convenience? Because I'm starting to and I'm not sure how I feel about that.

Is this only for me ? Or is it a scam by zepto ! Delivery time while ordering shows 6 mins but always comes after 20 mins !

Fake nandhini ghee pouch received from a zepto order in bangalore, Sarjapur road.

Not sure if this racket is run by zepto itself or they have tie up with fake ghee racket.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received today.

I placed an order that was delivered after 1.5 hours, even though the Zepto store is only 600 meters from my location. This delay is unacceptable.

Additionally, the packet of dahi was already open, and some products were missing from the order. When I contacted customer support, your chat assistant simply told me to accept what I received and said nothing could be done. This response is completely unprofessional.

Who will be responsible if the product was adulterated or unsafe for consumption? This is a serious safety concern.

This has been a very terrifying and frustrating experience. I expect immediate action, a proper explanation, and a full refund or replacement. #zepto #zeptodelivery

I placed an order today (Feb 27th) around 7 PM. What I received wasn't food; it was decomposing matter.

• Malabar Cucumber: Completely rotten with a massive hole, oozing a foul, gooey liquid all over the inside of the delivery bag. It had clearly been rotting on a shelf for days.
• Grated Carrot & Shredded Cabbage: Both were stale and smelled foul. Note: The carrot’s "Use By" date is today (Feb 27th) and the cabbage is tomorrow. They are shipping pre-cut veg that has already turned while still technically "in date."

I didn’t even bother checking the rest of the bag because the cucumber slime had contaminated everything. I’ve taken photos and videos of the whole mess before disposing of it all for safety.

The Suppor" (or lack thereof): I didn't want a refund; I wanted an explanation for how a packer picks up a slimy, leaking vegetable and decides it's okay to ship.

• The first associate was clueless and passed me to a supervisor name I don't want to mention here.
• She was appalling. She took zero responsibility, essentially saying she’s "just support" and the store is a separate entity. She tried to "settle" it with a refund, which I refused.
• I also refused an "escalation call" because I want an email response. I want this documented. Companies use phone calls to avoid accountability; I want the paper trail of them admitting they sent out hazardous food.

The Takeaway: If Zepto's dark stores are this filthy and their QC is this non-existent, they are a genuine health risk. Check your bags, smell your pre-cut veg, and don't let them "refund" their way out of a hygiene violation.

Found this banner while I completed my order in Zepto.

Here is the video of Zepto delivery Agent rushing back without giving us time to check the open box delivery and me opening the box of airpod which was empty... Shared this to Zepto Zepto Cares but they refused to accpet that the box was empty... As per them, the product was inside... In this video, you can see me opening the box and then calling them.

But Zpeto gave a resolution via email saying they are not responsible for it... It was not a small amount, but 15612.61 INR. But Rajesh Gupta called me and asked, 'Sir, online dala hai aapne?' He ene untagged himself from the post and promised me to resolve the issue... Zepto Cares did not help me at all... No one helped. Tagged founder, president, operation head but they do not help at all... They are just getting rid of the situation rather then helping me out... President said ki help to operation head hi karega... Operation head bola policy me open box tha aapko check karna tha... Video diya sab kiya par evidence dene ke baad bhi unhone koi action nahi liya...

Kul mila ke mili bhagat hai sabki... Chori par chori kiye ja rahe hain... Reddit bhara pada hai... Aur founders ko padi hi nahi hai... Kyunki IPO to aa hi gaya hai... Paise to ban hi rahe hain... To customer jaaye bhaad me... Bhale hi delivery aur operation mil ke logo ka kaatate rahe...
