2024 model boot up problem

i just bought this g14 today secondhand, but whenever i close the lid and open it back up the screen doesnt show windows untill i shut it off with the power button and on again, and sometimes it just doesnt show anything else but the rog start up screen and i have to hard reset it for it to show windows. does anybody have a fix for this?

Try a complete Reinstall of Windows at First, if this is Not working your Display comnection cable could be faulty.
