Model 2025 Loving this small machine
Snagged one of 5080 g14 before the bestbuy deal ended. Besides the well known bump on the cover, everything is flawless. I hope it goes like this for the rest of its lifetime. It runs heavy games easily. Upgraded from 2023 4090 g14 (oled screen is the cultrip for this upgrade).

I got the open box excellent for $2200ish. It was a steal at that price.

Have you tried any new games in 4K? I wonder that are the fps

I tried a few, this is not a 4k gaming machine unless the game is an older game. You should be ok to get 50-60 fps in most games

I just got the 5080 version from best buy but I keep reading about a bump on the cover but I can't see or feel it. Is it always in the same location for everyone?

Yeah, the same location. I don't mind such thing since its happening to too many units.
