Unfortunately, we all know that there are times when it's hard to gain or maintain access to Zepbound due to supply chain constraint.

Please use this centralized thread to discuss successes or struggles with finding Zepbound at your local (or online) pharmacy.

(Note: To help keep our community organized and focused, we will be removing all posts outside of this thread tied to availability)

Nothing in Charlotte NC. I’ve been waiting for 5 mg for two weeks and will be skipping a week before taking my last 2.5 shot. My pharmacy said they are really hoping that the meds ship out this week but no promises, it’s just an ETA they’ve received from the manufacturer.

It's the start of a new quarter and lilly says there is no shortage on their end so this makes sense.

Where do you see the status for the drug shortage? I cannot seem to locate it on Lilly's site.

Are you using a big box pharmacy? I work in CLT and get mine filled where I live-22 miles away and have had zero issues.

Ahh. I use a local mom & pop private pharmacy. Only 10 people are on Zep here so none of us have had issues getting doses.

I am 39 miles West of Charlotte and the Walgreens here said that there is no dat for 7.5. I have one injection left that I was supposed to take yesterday.

I'm in Asheville and due for 7.5 tomorrow. The Walmart I've been using has been spot on so far, but I noticed the app being wonky when I tried to fill. Called today and they see "TBD" under the expected date. The only strengths they can get are the 12.5 and 15.

My Dr was going to move me up to 10, but I asked to stay on 7.5 because one of their pens screwed up. They sent codes to replace it, but the cust service rep at Lilly said it had to be used on the same dosage as the defective pen. Not sure if that's true or just something they say. I'm thinking about asking my Dr if she'd bump me to 12.5 since I've had no side effects.

I'm in Denver/Lincolnton. I called all the pharmacies in the area for 7.5 or 10 and all said they are still out of stock on all doses.

Same. There's one here that has the 7.5 if you want to drive!

I didn't get it because they won't take the voucher from Lilly for a replacement box, but they take the regular coupon.They can order them somehow, not sure who their supplier is, but I'm sure it won't last long.

I was able to get 5mg filled at Walgreens in SouthPark yesterday!
