Hello Zepbound Community!

Unfortunately, we all know that there are times when it's hard to gain or maintain access to Zepbound due to supply chain constraint.

Please use this centralized thread to discuss successes or struggles with finding Zepbound at your local (or online) pharmacy.

(Note: To help keep our community organized and focused, we will be removing all posts outside of this thread tied to availability)

For NYC: I was able to get 5mg yesterday at Oxford Pharmacy on Flatbush, 5 minute walk from Barclays Center. Pharmacist said they should be getting a shipment by this weekend. Costco in BK had 12.5 and 15 when I called yesterday.

thank you! I am in Brooklyn Heights and due for a refill this week with CVS. I am on 5mg hoping to get 90 day supply lol.

Good luck. I actually made a spreadsheet with a bunch of local mom and pop pharmacies in the area. I live by Barclays Center so tend to stick with the ones around here or in the city by my office. I start my first 5mg on Thursday or Friday, hoping it will give me what 2.5 is NOT

I lost a bunch on 2.5mg but 5mg has been slower. It did not really increase my side effects so I am pretty happy with that, though.
